Include the page URL, the sentence or table entry that needs attention, and a primary source when possible. Security-sensitive reports should describe the public advisory or vendor contact path without publishing exploit details that would put users at immediate risk.

A submitted issue is reviewed against current first-party documentation and public security notices. Accepted corrections may update the page, its last-checked date, or the security tracker. Opening an issue does not create a wallet-recovery or emergency-support relationship.
